Our shoes are made to order to ensure as little waste as possible. Once our pre-order window closes we place a total order with our factory. To improve efficiency with production, there may be times when we order a limited amount of extra stock which is available for order on our website.
We ship worldwide using a carbon-neutral trackable courier service, using fully compostable packaging.

customs, clearance & duties fees
As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees and so these must be paid for by the customer.
We hope that you love your climate-considered shoes; we work very hard to ensure their fit and quality. Hopefully that means you'll have a pair of shoes that you can enjoy for a long time but if there's any reason you'd like to return your unworn footwear please firstly get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving them.
All returns need to reach us within 28 days. Please ensure the shoes are in their original box, unworn, and in the same immaculate condition in which they were received. Please try on your shoes on a soft surface in order to not damage the soles.
Correctly returned items will be credited to the original payment method less any taxes, delivery or import duties incurred in delivery.
As we make to order we can't guarantee we'll be able to make an exchange, but do always get in touch with us at email@example.com and let us know what you're looking for and we'll see if we can help.
As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage, and we recommend you send your shoes back on a tracked delivery service. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure the shoes haven't been worn and are in good condition, and if so we will make a refund within 3-5 days. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email.
what happens to my returned shoes?
Shoes returned to us in perfect condition will be offered to those customers who missed out in the pre-order and are on our wait list. We aim to have zero waste.
