returns
We hope that you love your climate-considered shoes; we work very hard to ensure their fit and quality. Hopefully that means you'll have a pair of shoes that you can enjoy for a long time but if there's any reason you'd like to return your unworn footwear please firstly get in touch with us at hello@aspectclimateprojects.com within 14 days of receiving them.
All returns need to reach us within 28 days. Please ensure the shoes are in their original box, unworn, and in the same immaculate condition as they were received in. Please try your shoes on on a soft surface in order to not damage the soles.
refunds
Correctly returned items will be credited to the original payment method less any taxes, delivery or import duties incurred in delivery.
exchanges
With each project, as well as making all shoes to order, we also plan to make a small amount of stock to minimise any waste. Should you need an exchange we will check if what you want is available.
returns postage
As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage. Once your shoes are received back and checked over, refunds will be made within 3-5 days. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure the shoes haven't been worn, and are in good condition. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email.
